Less Sodium Diet

I try to eat healthy foods since I wanted to be healthy and perhaps eating healthy foods and everything in moderation can help me have a long healthy happy life. I prefer foods which are fresh and not to eat too much processed foods. Also, nowadays I try not to eat foods which has high content of sodium and when there is food that I wanted to buy like noodles and it has packet inside of flavoring and it has high sodium, I do not use it or I just put a little bit on it and the rest throw it away. Eating foods which offering sodium diet is just right than excessive amount of it, because it is not healthy using too much sodium in the food. As we know that low sodium diet is great for those who have high blood pressure and the food is more enjoyable when it's not too much sodium on it. And I have read also that too much sodium intake can cause kidney stones, and may lead to fluid retention, heart problems, stroke and other diseases.

I am glad my husband do not like eating food with high sodium, because sometimes I ask him if he needs more salt on his food and he just replied me that he doesn't need more and I am happy about it. Anyhow, one time I was out of cooking salt and I bought in the store but I did not really like what I buy, because it seems the taste is different and too much sodium which is not right and am not sure where I could get a salt which has lower sodium content but today I have encountered a site that offering kosher salt which is called oceanflavor and they produces "natural" low sodium sea salts. I was thinking to order from them as I wanted to try it as I wanted to have low sodium cooking salt in the kitchen.     I agree with you that eating very health stuff is good for you.I used to eat two packs of cookies back in the mid-1980's.I only eat plenty of grains and cereals.I sometimes sometimes eat plenty of yougart.Yougart is very good for you.
